Offshore Tooling

Tri-Way has been working with overseas mold tooling for over 10 years. Many mold tooling programs that are directly sourced offshore our customers are sent to us for 2nd stage services. The molds are de-crated, disassembled, inspected and cleaned to remove shipping grease. A tryout is performed and any necessary tuning to meet customer plant approval or grain approval. Engineering changes are incorporated whenever needed.

Mold tooling programs that are built off shore and managed by Tri-Way will provide the same level of quality and mold workmanship as if built domestically, but with a cost savings of 15% to 25%.
